Shipping & Returns

HOLIDAY Return/Exchange Policy: As a courtesy to our customers any order placed between Thanksgiving and Christmas will have an extended exchange period through January 2nd. All other policies are still in effect.

Return/Exchange Policy:

If you do not receive the phone in complete working condition, you can return the phone within 14 days from the time you receive the phone. You will require an RMA# prior to sending back the phone, please click here for our online RMA Request Form. Once we receive the phone, we will quickly ship you out the replacement. Because the phones are used/refurbished we do not do money back refunds, only exchages. Because we back up every phone we sell, you can buy from us with confidence.  If you do not include your order number and a brief note explainging the problem with the phone being shipped back your order will not be processed. Customer is responsiable for all shipping costs to return the phone.

Please make sure the products shipped back are properly packaged.  Phones that are not may not qualify for an exchange.

All returns must include all the factory accessories that came with the item.

All images are for illustration only, and may not represent the product described.

We are not responsible for typographical errors.

Shipping Policy:

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for an order to be processed (prior to shipping). If we require additional time we will update your order status accordingly.

Since shipments do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays (even for express shipping), the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time. For example: an overnight order leaving our warehouse on a Friday will not arrive until Monday, even though it has a one day transit time.
